Training use case

Onboarding you can evidence.

Turn dry orientation materials into engaging, learner-led onboarding journeys. Track policy acknowledgment and accelerate time-to-productivity automatically.

Works with the videos you already have. No re-recording, no re-encoding.

Training use case

Automate orientation, policy checks, and new-hire progress tracking.

Guide every new hire through role-specific orientation, policy acknowledgments, and first-week training checks.

  • Route new hires to the orientation path their role actually needs
  • Capture policy acknowledgements as a timestamped answer, not a signature page
  • See who finished week one and who stalled, before their manager asks

What changes

Verification at the moment of learning

Three things the video itself starts doing once the interactions are on the timeline.

Completion

Completion you can verify

Require the interaction, not just the playback, so a completion means the learner actually took part.

Comprehension

Comprehension scored in the moment

Ask the question where the concept is introduced, and score the answer while the learner is still in the material.

Records

Records that survive an audit

Every view produces a row you can export, so the evidence outlasts the person who ran the session.

What gets measured

The three numbers L&D is asked for

Completion, per learner
Recorded against the person, not the play — with the timestamp and the attempt.
First-attempt pass rate
Scored inside the video, so you see who passed cold and who needed the retry.
Time to certify
Measured from first view to verified completion, rather than estimated from seat time.

Training FAQ

What L&D teams ask first

The objections that come up in every evaluation, answered plainly.

Does completion sync to our LMS?

Yes. Mindstamp reports completion and score over SCORM and xAPI, so modules sit in the LMS your compliance team already reports from.

Do learners need an account?

No. Learners open a link or an embed. You can still capture their identity, answers, and completion without provisioning anyone.

Can we stop learners skipping to the end?

Yes. Seeking can be disabled and progress can be gated on a correct answer, so the module cannot be completed by dragging the scrubber.

Is it accessible?

Captions, keyboard operation, and screen reader labels are supported on the player and on every interaction, so modules meet the same standard as the rest of your training.

Do we have to re-record our existing videos?

No. Interactions are layered on top of the file you already have. The original is never re-encoded or replaced.

How long is the record kept?

Per-view records persist in your account and export at any time, so evidence survives staff changes and audit cycles.
