No. Every plan reads video from Vimeo, Wistia, S3 and other sources. Interactions are layered onto the file you already have — it is never re-encoded or replaced.

They stay viewable until the end of the billing period you have paid for. After that an active subscription is required for viewers to load them, so export any reports you need before you go.

On Enterprise, yes — security questionnaires, vendor onboarding, NDAs and MSAs are all in scope. Basic, Core and Pro are self-service and do not include document review.
